Job Purpose
Glacier FarmMedia (“GFM”) is a dynamic company in the Canadian agriculture industry. We connect with farmers through regional and specialty media franchises, a listings marketplace for the sale of farm equipment, leading industry events like Ag in Motion and Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show and customized offerings for Weather and Market analysis and insights.
As a remote CSR, you will play an important role in supporting Farmer Services operations efforts. You help ensure strong customer service delivery, efficient office coordination, and collaboration.
Duties and responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to media subscribers and classifieds customers
- Manage inbound inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, account updates, and product information
- Ensure a high level of professional service and escalate issues as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within CRM systems
- Assist with administrative tasks, support workflow processes and team operations
- Efficiently manage internal documentation, data entry, reporting, and process tracking
- Assist with invoice preparation, payment tracking, reconciliations support, and coordination with finance teams
- Help coordinate cross-departmental projects and internal initiatives to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of events and post-event follow-up activities
- Identify opportunities for improving service processes and workflow efficiencies
- Contribute to special projects, initiatives and event planning
